I don't think he's very knowledgeable on much other than hockey or the media. He was saying yesterday how he was worried about the Raptors as a franchise - which is fairly out of touch, I'd say. They've been a pretty strong NBA franchise for a while now - their sustainability hasn't really been an issue in years. Maybe in the late 90s? Eric Smith pointed out that they've been at top 10 attendance team for a few years, and Shannon didn't really have a response. Just doesn't seem very informed.
