Is there not a bill before the House of Commons already to acclaim OV as a Canadian? I thought there was something put forth after the Russians planted a flag on the floor of the Canadian Arctic Ocena floor – didn’t we get OV drunk in South Africa and tattoo the Maple Leaf on his ass?
