		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more PPP. Here, in my opinion is where it will get interesting though 2009/2010.  What happens to the bigger teams should the cap GO DOWN...The Leafs only have 44m committed for next season right now.  Assume that the Buds have the season they are expected to have and assume Cliff is able to throw some more bodies overboard.  There could be some teams in deep deep trouble come next summer.

You know the leafs fought hard against the cap, and you have to think this is one of the reasons why.It&#039;s one thing to subsidize teams without, it&#039;s a totally different to do so for teams who chose to play the game.</description>
