Nik Antropov’s Final Season As A Maple Leaf ?

Brian Burke, Toronto Maple Leafs President & GM was on with Watters and Brady a few gems:

Burke thinks that perhaps it is time for Antropov to move on and he will discuss that with his agent next week. Burke said he thinks that “change of scenery needed” for Antropov and
Burke is not considering” offering Antropov a contract extension. He doesn’t think his recent play has merited it.

Burke discussed today with Pavel Kubina’s agent the same concept of the player submitting a list of potentially acceptable teams for a trade prior to the deadline as discussed with Tomas Kaberle
