MacLean should stick to hosting the show – very weak/soft when trying to enter the fray.

I didn’t like Milbury last year…he was good Saturday night. Strachan is still brutal.

Ron MacLean is a good broadcaster but some of the things he says when giving his opinion are incredibly strange………… is hard to figure out how his mind works sometimes

The Hot Stove is major disappointment this season! Glen Healy needs a queue to know when to talk, and he kept interrupting & arguing with Milbury. Elliot Friedman was another disaster (Note to CBC Sports, since when do your talking heads qualify as experts on trades, contracts, the business of hockey…………let them do what they know, COMMENTATE! On Nov 16, I could not believe my ears. Ron talked about the switching to the European ice surface, hits to the head (hello, that happens to be Don’s area!) and the segment has become completely BORING. Mike Milbury is right….bring back AL STRACHAN and let the entertainment begin!
