College of Sports Media Game of the Night:
The Evil Empire is at the Rogers Centre for the first time of the season as game one of a three game set kicks off between the New York Yankees and the Toronto Blue Jays. Toronto (tied with Boston for third) trails the Yankees by three and a half game for the Wild Card and are looking for a bounce back series after dropping two of three to the Tampa Bay Rays. The Jays should have taken two from the Rays. In game two of the series Toronto was up by a run going into the ninth. Closer Kevin Gregg gave up four walks and four runs and Tampa pulled out the 7-6 win. New York on the other hand comes into this one riding a five game winning streak. They won the last two games of a four game series against Cleveland then took all three games in their home series against Baltimore. Boo-magnet A.J. Burnett (6-2) gets the nod tonight for the Bronx Bombers. Lefty Brett Cecil (5-2) goes for Toronto.
