John wonders if someday in the NHL a high profile hockey agent can collude with his best players to all be free agents at the same time and go to one team in the way that Bosh, LeBron, and Wade did to play together in Miami.
The big difference is that in the NBA 2 superstar players and one star in a starting 5 who play a lot of minutes will have many times more impact than you can in hockey. Even one superstar in basketball can dramatically change a basketball team, where in hockey, again, it is much harder to have that kind of impact.
Regardless, player collusion stinks, just as it did on the owner side, and both are detrimental to the game.
unless they all choose YOUR favourite team!
well of course !
