Line Up: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. New York Rangers

Date: October 30, 2010

Rink: ACC (Toronto)

Puck Drop: 7:00PM ET

Radio: AM 640

It’s the Rangers….again.  Our 3rd meeting within the first 10-games of the season.  I’m not a violent guy but…a chance to play against Sean Avery means a chance that someone will put him in his place.  Remember the Domi sucker punch to Ulf Samuelsson?  Rumour had it that players around the NHL that watched the highlight cheered…and apparently there were a few players in the Rangers room that quietly cheered too….I think the same would be true if Colton Orr took care of business….for the Domi sucker punch, click here.

For tonights game, in support of the NHL’s Hockey Fights Cancer month/campaign, the Leafs will host Camp Trillium and Colton Orr will wear pink skates….Leafs management and coaching staff will wear this years design of Hockey Fights Cancer ties.

Line-up highlights include the return of Kris Versteeg who’s back ailment seems to be under control…and Christian Hanson’s season debut.  Not sure what message that sends to Mike Zigomanis or Luca Caputi for that matter, who only saw 1 game since his call up.  It’s Carl Gunnarsson’s turn to play…with Lebda getting the night off….they are starting to remind me of Rance Mullinorg…Carlett Lebdarsson??  JSG gets the start in goal.
