I guess never means something different to McCown than the rest of us, given how he had Maclean on tonight.
I didn’t hear it, but was it Doug MacLean, or Paul MacLean, new Sens coach?
Doug, he was on to talk about the Leafs Assistant coaching changes.
The McLean/”never” thing is a rather dead-issue, in my opinion, since McLean has been on several times already. The whole “black-book” thing is just a schtick anyway; it’s not as if he promised to lower taxes and then raised them. He’s just an entertainer, and I listen for that. McLean and McCown are both strong personalities, and I get a kick out of them.
What Steve said +1
What Steve said +2
Steve is right but still it was a bit surprising to hear Mac on. At the very least Mac was dialed down quite a bit and didn’t act as inane as he usually does so it wasn’t too confrontational.
Oh and i’m envious of McCown and his home theatre damnit!

He’s been on before and he will be again. Bank it!

I didn’t hear it, but based on the comment it appears it was Richie Rich

They buried this hatchet a long time ago.
Just listening to PTS now; I don’t know the last time I heard Colie sound this terrible/confused on Prime Time. Usually he composes himself to a point where you can at least understand his side of the argument even if you don’t necessarily agree with it, but he’s sounding more and more like Don Cherry just going on these inane ramblings. It might have been just due to the past few days with his kid winning the cup, and maybe he was a little tired and emotional if you know what I mean, but he doesn’t sound like he could play Operation, let alone be in charge of Hockey Ops.

His kid just won the cup, he’s probably hungover!
