Absolutely unbelievable tennis matches in Paris today. I regret that I have to go for a long drive in an hour, thinking that Sam & Ted and PTS will focus on hockey and baseball.

I agree, especially the Djokovic-Tsonga match. It was edge of your seat stuff.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard Tim or Sid discussing tennis so maybe they don’t follow it at all. If Raonic moves into the Top Ten and becomes a threat to win major tournaments it will be interesting to see if the Fan sticks to the usual Big Four (I’m generously including the NHL!) and, in the case of Tim & Sid, MMA. When the Euro starts I’ll be switching to Britain’s Talk Sport or the BBC (I’ll do the same during Wimbledon) as knowing the Fan will probably still be interested in the latest news out of Glendale!

That should be “as knowing the Fan they will probably be more interested in talking about the latest news from Glendale”.

Ha! I just put on PTS and right on cue they’re discussing the Goldwater Institute and parking(!) at the Glendale arena.

Between Blair, Brunt and Sid, there will plenty of Euros talk on 590. Sid guest hosted the soccer show last week and did a good job.

Also, the Euros will be played during Tim and Sid, so they will surely be discussing it.
