Did anyone else waste their time at the Bills game yesterday?. My best man is from Seattle, so he wanted to go, and we had the day off, but overall, a shitty experience. Between getting boned for $30.00 each to park, $125.00 for each ticket, $10 each for a Bud Light and $8.00 for a slice of pizza, $600 for the 4 of us, all to watch a game that was over mid way in the third quarter??

No wonder I don’t get off my couch to go to live games anymore?

Hope they enjoyed my money, that’s our last time going…

Thoughts on the Jays offseason, Mike? Seems like they’ve done exactly what you hoped for.

Been waiting to hear from you…Yes, Rogers found their wallet , finally, and let’s hope they picked their year to blow their load. It won’t get me in the Dome, but it’ll be good for the faithful, lets hope it’s just not a one off but a trend to finally give this team the $$$ to really compete. I look forward to you reminding me how well they are doing…

Won’t get you to the dome? I thought your problem with the team was that Rogers wouldn’t spend! They already have over 100 mil committed in 2014, so I would imagine the intent would be to run a high payroll for a while.

Hopefully they’ll be good! Looks promising right now, but you never know.

Rogers has always shown a great reluctance to invest in the Jays, not sure why this is their “come to Jesus” year, they obviously sense weakness in Bos & NYY. I only hope they have the patience to give it a few years to grow rather than do a Marlins dump if they only win 84 games next year. Rogers demands ROI, lets hope they finally see payroll as an investment to be nurtured, not an expense to be cut.
