Mike Wilner was a guest on the afternoon Buffalo WGR 550 show yesterday………….it’s too bad they didn’t take any phone calls…………..they could have had a contest between him and Mike Schopp to see who is more condescending when dealing with callers

Speaking of callers, Blair was taking them during the first hour of PTS and it sounded like he wanted to kill himself by the end of it.

Remeber how Bryan Colangelo was going to help with the “re-branding”?
How he loved Toronto and wanted to keep his kids in the same school?
How he wanted to play a valuable part in the Raptors future?

    Never mind:

They should never have Blair, Shannon and Cox on at the same time ever again. Cox was on to talk tennis and Blair and him kept making penis jokes, and then Shannon joined in with some stupid humor later too. Kept switching to TSN despite me not being interested in the topic they were talking about (I wanted to listen to tennis talk because of all the upsets today).

Finally. The nightmare is completely over with Colangelo leaving. All the reports were of him keeping this lame-duck President job until something else became available elsewhere, with the most likely option a spot at the League head office. So no huge surprise there if the report is accurate.

I can’t say I have a lot of sympathy for Colangelo. From what I saw over the years, he never really seemed to accept any of the criticism levelled at him and was more likely to deflect it toward the players or the coaches. At least not so much in the earlier years of his tenure. But the whole scenario up to the resignation seems to have just been one big planned humiliation.

Does anyone think they were really trying to throw him a bone, or was this whole process just one big “F**k You” so that MLSE (Leiweke) could have the excuse of saying “Hey, at least we tried to help you rather than fire you outright”?

Having blair & shannon on PTS 3 days in a row is just a complete insult to the listeners of fan/590.

And yet you still listen to the FAN. Now who is the sucker! I’ve flipped to TSN since Naylor appeared, but unfortunately everyone on this site is stuck to the Rogers C*#$

I guess Dustin has missed all those people who post here that are accused of being TSN plants.
